Several months ago, Armstrong became your new provider for television and Internet services. We are happy to be a part of your community. Since that time, we have been working hard to improve your services and our network. We recognize you have experienced some “bumps” along the way. On several occasions, it has been necessary for us to interrupt service as we upgrade our equipment and fix damaged cable lines. We certainly understand these intermittent outages can be inconvenient and frustrating but addressing these issues now will result in better, more reliable service in the future.

Since becoming your provider, we have made some significant improvements to your services:

  • We launched our Video On Demand service, with over 4,000 hours of programming, mostly free!
  • We’ve added over 40 channels of High Definition programming.
  • We added programming including over 50 new channels.
  • We increased Internet download speeds and added network capacity.
  • We’ve even brought in employees from other parts of our company to assist local technicians so that these changes can be made as quickly as possible.

Since becoming your cable TV and Internet provider, we have invested significant time, energy and money into what was an aging system and are committed to continue upgrading our network now and in the future. As we work in your area, we will be careful to limit interruptions to your service.
